This display cabinet was inspired as a companion piece to the Redwine Gun Cabinet. I wanted to build a functional piece of furniture that would display artwork tastefully and yet also be a beautiful and compelling work in its own right. This cabinet is handcrafted of mahogany with the door panel made from spalted sycamore. As with all of my furniture, traditional joinery techniques are utilized throughout the piece. Like the Redwine Gun Cabinet, this piece also features custom made pulls from local jewelry maker Mo Gambill
